I’ve done it again. I convinced someone that these cauliflower shavings and macadamia nut flakes were cheese. I then laughed maniacally. I then ate this entire salad. And you’ll want to, too, while getting all your greens and crucifers with good fats. If that’s something you’re into (shouldn’t we all be?). Even if not, it’s just damn delicious.
I say Disneyland, you say… Churros! Amirite? No I’m not going to Disneyland, but I do have one hell of a churros craving. The thing is — just the sight of those things makes me lightheaded from the sugar. Clearly, something needed to be done. Clearly that thing was paleo granola.
People are drinking bone broth for breakfast lunch and dinner and saying it cured their gastrointestinal problems and gave them great skin — so of course I tried it. For two weeks. And I have to admit, my skin has been glowing. But you know I had to wonder why we couldn’t just make this plant-based.
These bagels are kind of life-changing, absolutely delicious and totally everything. Duh, they’re everything bagels! And duh — of course they’re life-changing — the recipe is based on Sarah Britton’s Life Changing Loaf. If you’ve seen it or made it, you just know. And if not, buckle up because these bagels are going to change EVERYTHING. Oh oops I did it again…
these might be the best black bean brownies I’ve ever made. they are so chocolatey and gooey and that hidden dollop of salted date caramel hiding in the middle really takes it over the top. they’re an excuse to make something decadent and secretly not so for your honey or your Galentines or yourself.
when it’s right, it’s right. I saw a post on Instagram this week that said when it’s the right door for you it will just swing open. I commented, “thank you, perfectly timed, thank you so much.” I struggle with trusting the timing of my life. even after having gotten this far through swinging doors. I’ve banged on quite if few that wouldn’t budge, though. this is what I remembered as these perfect little corn muffins popped right out of the pan.
